I am very proud to have served the people of my ward since 2007. Being a councillor is a great privilege, and the fist duty of any member is to look after their residents and deal with any problems they may have.
Beyond that I have various other duties at NKDC. For the civic year 2019/2020 I am Chairman of North Kesteven District Council. This means I act as an ambassador for the District at many official functions, and I also work hard to raise money for my Chairman's Charity, the Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance. My other council roles include being Chairman of the Audit Committee which examines the council's finances and membership of the Planning Comittee, both of our Licensing Committees and the Performance & Resources Overview and Scrutiny Panel.
