I joined my colleague Peter Burley in 2019 to represent the Bracebridge Heath and Waddington East ward.
I grew up in Lincolnshire and have lived in Bracebridge Heath for 24 years. I am an experienced councillor, serving my community on North Kesteven District Council and Lincolnshire County Council.
I’m keen to make sure local priorities are promoted and that our village way of life is valued and protected and I continue to support the development of the Neighbourhood Plan.
I an Deputy Leader of NKDC and also serve on the Executive where I have special responsibility for cultural services and health & wellbeing. and I want to make sure that the voices of the people of Bracebridge Heath and Waddington East are heard by local government on the matters you care about. I am particularly proud to have secured funding for the resurfacing of St John’s Road Bracebridge Heath and lobbying successfully for a review of the county council’s street lighting policy.
