Rupert Matthews

Rupert Matthews stood for the European Parliament twice and was placed third Conservative candidate each time and was not elected. Due to Andrew Lewer being elected to Parliament in June 2017, Matthew was promoted to the vacant position and became an MEP for the East Midlands alongside Emma McClarkin MEP.
