Cllr Alexander Maughan

At 20 years of age Councillor Alexander Maughan is the youngest Council Member at County Hall. He was elected in May 2017 to represent the Hough Division and serves on the Children & Young People and Adult & Community Wellbeing Scrutiny Committees as well as the Audit Committee.

On his election Alexander said: " It is a huge honour and privilege to be elected the Conservative County Councillor for Hough Division. I hope to bring a different persective to debate at County Hall and work hard for local residents."

While serving on the Council, Alexander is also a trainee accountant working in Lincoln. He is also the elected Vice-Chairman of Ancaster & District Branch and co-ordinates the Conservative Future group of SNHCA.
