The whole of Sleaford and North Hykeham Constituency is within the boundary of Lincolnshire County Council, which has been under Conservative control since 1997

	Country Councillor Ray Phillips Bassingham Rual Division – The Bassingham and Brant Broughton wards and the parish Eagle and Swinthorpe, Leadenham, North Scarle, Thorpe on the Hill, Welbourn and Wellingore.
	County Councillor Mrs Patricia Bradwell Billingham and Metheringham Division – The Billingham and Martin wards and the parish of Metheringham.
	County Councillor Mrs Christine Talbot Bracebridge Heath and Waddington Division – The Bracebridge Heath and Waddington and Waddington West wards (Bracebridge Heath and Waddington east ward currently wholly within Lincoln Constituency: Waddington East to also move into Lincoln before next Generation Election)
	Branston and Navenby Division – The Branston and Mere ward and the parishes of Boothby Graffoe, Coleby, Dunston, Harmston, Navenby and Nocton.
	Grantham Barrowby Division (South Kesteven) – Barrowby ward and Earlesfield ward (currently wholly within Grantham & Stamford Parliamentary Constituency, Barrowby Ward will move to Sleaford & North Hykeham before next General Election)
	County Councillor Graham Wheat Grantham North Division (South Kesteven) – Ermine ward, Peascliffe ward and St Wulfram’s ward (Peascliffe ward and St Wilfram’s ward currently lie in Grantham & Stamford Parliamentary Constituency, with Ermine ward in Sleaford & North Hykeham. Peascliffe ward will move to Sleaford & North Hykeham before next General Election)
	County Councillor Ron Oxby Heighington and Washingborough Division – The Heighington and Washingborough ward (Canwick currently within Lincoln Constituency, but will move to Sleaford & North Hykeham before next General Election).
	County Councillor Chris Farrar Hough Division (South Kesteven) – Heath ward, Loveden ward, Saxonwell ward and Witham Valley ward.
	Hykeham Forum Division – The North Hykeham Forum, North Hykeham Moor and North Hykeham Witham wards.
	County Councillor Lt Col (Ret’d) Ian Cartwright MBE Ruskington and Cranwell Division – Ashby de la Launde, Cranwell and Byard’s Leap and Ruskington wards.
	County Councillor Geoff Kirby Skellingthorpe and Hykeham South Division – The North Hykeham Memorial, North Hykeham Mill and Skellingthorpe wards and the parish of Doddington and Whishby.
	County Councillor Davis Dickinson Sleaford Division – The Sleaford Holdingham, Sleaford Mareham, Sleaford Navigation and Sleaford Westholme wards.
	County Councillor Barry Young Sleaford Rural South Division – The Heckington Rural, Kyme and Osbournby wards.
	County Councillor Barry Singleton Sleaford West and Leasingham Division – The Leasingham and Roxholme, Sleaford Castle and Sleaford Quarrington wards.
